Three Ridings First Release

Three Ridings First Release marks the beginning of a new Yorkshire single malt, created through the collaboration of three makers: Thomas Fawcett & Sons, Theakston Brewery and Ellers Farm Distillery.

From Yorkshire-malted barley and nearly two centuries of brewing heritage to patient fermentation and careful distillation at Ellers Farm, every stage has been shaped by the same belief: that great whisky takes time, collaboration and a relentless focus on flavour.
This inaugural release is a whisky to mark the moment. Each bottle is individually numbered and comes with a matching Certificate of Authenticity, making every bottle part of the first chapter of the Three Ridings story.

Presented in a premium gift box featuring a barley motif, and accompanied by a Three Ridings dust bag, this is the first expression of a whisky made in Yorkshire, by Yorkshire makers, for those who appreciate things done properly
