Elsham Wold, Flarepath Series – Port Cask finish

Crafted in North Lincolnshire using Yorkshire’s finest barley, this single malt English whisky has been slumbering in oak since the summer of 2020. This third expression in the Flarepath series has been aged in miniature ex-bourbon casks before being transferred for the final part of it’s journey into a pair of hand-selected Port casks, previously housing port for over 10 years.

This third release commends and pays homage to the role of the Halifax during WWII and the airmen who so bravely flew in them, not just from RAF Elsham Wold, but nationwide.
