Ludlow Cider Brandy Cask Whisky

Our first cask to mature from Still In Cask, this lightly-peated whisky spent 18 months in an ex-bourbon cask, before being re-racked into a freshly emptied Cider Brandy cask produced at Ludlow Distillery (with Fair Oak cider from Herefordshire). The result is a rich, deep and delicious dram with notes of apple strudel, baking spices, dark chocolate and red berry coulis. With only 120 bottles (and more than half of those spoken for by Still In Cask shareholders) this is a truly unique, rare and remarkable English Whisky and one not to be missed. Single Cask 55% ABV
